About NADA

Founded in late 2002, the New Art Dealers Alliance (NADA) is a New York not-for-profit corporation which acts as a collective of contemporary art professionals from throughout the world. Our mission to encourage openness in our profession by creating a new network of dealers and curators focused on integrity and positive change. Through community cooperation and interaction, our goals are to make the art world more accessible to the general public, create presentation opportunities for new, emerging and undiscovered artists, and to foster and stimulate business growth amongst galleries representing such artists.

NADA is comprised of individual art professionals (young directors of established galleries, non-profit organizations, and independent curators) as well as young galleries from around the world.

Our year-round programming and educational initiatives includes artist talks, gallery walks with important curators, benefits supporting charitable institutions, members-only seminars to stimulate professional dedication and ethics, a members conference, NADACON, which first occurred in Los Angeles in July 2006 and an annual art fair in Miami, which is held in December and is free and open to the public.
